Forty members participated in the Member Appreciation Day Surprise Doubles Tournament. It turned out to be a great way to make new friends, meet players, and show your stuff before hoisting a cold one. Could this format be used on a weekly basis? Let us know if you would participate.

Club Doubles Championships

AR&FC will hold its Club Doubles Championships from October 20th through 21st. Sign-ups will be taken at the Front Desk; the deadline is NOON on October 15th. The draw will be posted on that Thursday afternoon . All participants are guaranteed at least two matches, eats, and more fun than yard work!

• Women’s Workout Group 3.5–4.0 Tuesdays, 6:00–7:00 PM
• Women’s Workout Group 3.0 Thursdays, 8:00–9:00 AM
• Men’s Workout Group 3.0 Thursdays 6:00–7:00 PM
• Women’s Workout Group 4.0+ Fridays, 10:00–11:00 AM

Challenge Court

Every Saturday, from 8:00 AM until NOON, Court 3 is designated as a Doubles Challenge Court. No need to bring a partner, just put your name on the board and start serving BIG! Rules posted on Court 3.
