Auburn Racquet & Fitness Club offers the finest Tennis Program in the Sierra Foothills featuring twelve championship plexipave courts, ten lit for night play.

Our teaching professionals are USPTA certified and offer private and semi-private instruction.

FITT Jr. Tennis Program

Foothill Institute of Tennis Training for Juniors is a year round tennis program. We offer Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall after school programs regardless of age and ability. Along with group lessons we offer private lessons so kids can get one on one attention. During the summer there are 4 - day camps along with USTA Jr. Team Tennis. Pee Wee Juniors (ages 4-6) – Kids are in an atmosphere where they gain a positive experience and have fun with tennis. This class will emphasize motor skills and hand –eye coordination using tennis.

Beginner – Intermediate Juniors (ages 7-14) - Players learn how to advance their game with fun. They will learn scoring, proper court etiquette, correct strokes and technique, point playing and simple doubles and singles strategy.

Tournament Training (ages 9 –18) – Juniors will learn advance strategy, mental toughness skills, footwork and strength training skills to enhance their abilities and get a competitive edge over their opponents.

USA Tennis 1-2-3

USA 123 Tennis is a new, inexpensive tennis program that is geared for novice players who have always wanted to learn how to play tennis. In Level 1, learn how to hit forehand and backhand groundstrokes, serving and volleying. In Level 2, learn court etiquette, scoring and simple doubles and singles strategy.

The cost for each level is $35.00; for $65.00 get the Special Package including four lessons, tennis racquet and a can of tennis balls. The class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Novice players and players who want to sharpen up their strokes will learn in a relaxed group atmosphere.
