ARFC is proud to introduce a BEAUTIFUL NEW Pilates Room and innovative NEW programs with Pilates. Linda Moeller has joined our team as the Pilates Program Director. She comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the field of fitness and she is excited to introduce ARFC to some powerful new Pilates Programs!
For 2010 we offer programs designed specifically for men, women and children. Some are: - Pilates for improving your Golf game, including range of motion, flexibility, and increase power to your swing.
- Pilates for all over strength and flexibility, with a primary focus on CORE strength.
- Pilates for Tennis...increase your core strength, develop a strong low back and powerful upper back for an "EASE" with the swing of your racquet and create stamina for the stop and go of this game.
- Sculpt your body without strain, as Reformer Pilates is able to encourage proper alignment, assisting you in each stretch, pose and exercise so you maximize your efforts with your workouts...Also in this class we will focus on cardio and upper body strength
- COUPLES PILATES...This is a very popular class as couples workout and have fun together!
