| Jacqueline Stafford - Group Fitness Director Jacqueline is a multi-faceted member of the department bringing over 12 years experience as a Group Fitness instructor. Currently she teaches Water Aerobics, Pilates, Pump-it-up, and Group Cycle. She is also an AFFA certified Personal Trainer. She holds certifications from ACE, AFFA, ESA (Exercise Science Alliance) and NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine). In her free time Jacqueline enjoys downhill skiing, water skiing and tennis. She and her family currently hold Black Belts in Taekwondo. “I enjoy seeing participants reap the benefits of exercise. When they finish their workout they seem more relaxed, less stressed, happy and ready to tackle the day. I believe that health and fitness should be a “way of life”. Everyone should have the opportunity to maintain a high quality of living and I know that eating well, doing cardiovascular exercise and strength training can help to achieve this well into senior years.” | 
| Judy Benney Judy has been employed for over four years at AR&FC as a Yoga instructor. She has over eleven years experience in the practice of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Yin Yoga. Judy is certified through the Mt. Madonna Center Ashtanga Yoga Institute after completion of over two hundred hours of Yoga training. |  | Donna Mattson Donna has been teaching dance aerobics at AR&FC for over 8 years. She is certified through Aerobic Pipeline International. Donna is a sports enthusiast, and has been a competitive soccer player for most of her life. When not teaching class, Donna works as a pharmacy technician at Longs Drugs. |  | Bonnie Zanin Bonnie brings over twenty years of experience to AR&FC. During her nineteen years at the club, Bonnie brings high energy and enthusiasm to her classes. Currently, she teaches Knock-Out-Rock-Out, Cycle Weights & Abs, Group Cycle, Cycle & Weights Interval, Abs & Back, & Step. She is currently training for her Black Belt in TaeKwondo. Certifications are held with ACE and World Aerobic Kickboxing Association International. In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys cycling as well as running. |  | Wendy Knapp Wendy has been teaching water aerobics at AR&FC for over 5 years. She holds certifications from AEA and Aerobics Pipeline International. Currently, Wendy is obtaining an additional certification on Aquatic Fitness through Exercise Science Alliance. Wendy has been an elementary teacher for over twenty years with the Placer Hills Union School District. |  | Linda Moeller Linda Moeller has rejoined our team as the NEW Reformer Pilates Program Director and Mat Pilates Instructor. She comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the field of fitness and she is excited to introduce ARFC to some powerful new Reformer Pilates Programs as well as teaching Mat Pilates classes! | 
| Trish Schreiber Trish has worked in group fitness for over 14 years. She holds certifications from ACE and AEA. Trish currently teaches Low-Impact Aerobics and Water Aerobics, but is cross-trained to Dance, Step and Body Sculpt. “I love being a group fitness instructor. Whether on land or in the water...I love moving to music.” |
 | Trixie BradleyTrixie has been employed for one and a half years at AR-FC. She currently teaches the Full Body Resistance Class and the PSCYCO class. In 2003, Trixie completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology). She also became a certified personal trainer through California State University, Sacramento and holds a certification through USA Weightlifting. Her passion in life is to teach others the importance of health and fitness and to help others reach their fitness goals. "I love participating in triathlons and have had the opportunity to train my husband for Iron Man Coeur d' Alene. There is nothing better than knowing your expertise assisted someone in finishing an Iron Man." |  | Mary Ann PutnamMary Ann is a California native, born in San Jose and moved to Auburn in 1968. She had a very exciting and rewarding career with Wells Fargo, retiring in 1998. She and her late husband Gene raised two sons, Stephen and Richard, who own Performance Drywall and Electric in Rocklin. Mary Ann brings her untiring enthusiasm and spirit to her Water Aerobics classes, as is witnessed by the increase in the number of permanent participants. She has been certified since 2006. She is always on the lookout for new and fun Water Aerobics exercises, which she incorporates with energizing and jazzy music. If you are looking for a low impact, beneficial workout, you will just have to attend one of her classes, be careful you’ll get hooked. |  | Amy FinkleAmy joined the AR-FC staff in June 2007 after completeing her AFAA group fitness certification. She has been dancing most of her life with styles that include latin, ballroom, west african, jazz and hip-hop. Travelling abroad for 5 years exposed her to many different types of dance as well. "With dancing, not only are we having fun while we condition our bodies, but we are also working our mental coordination.", says Amy. "Variation is key to sticking with it and fun fuels the motivation within us. We always leave class with big smiles on our faces!" She is also an avid cardio kickboxer and taught the Tae Kwon Do class for the kids of 'Sports and Splash' over the summer of 2007 at AR-FC. Running is a passion and hobby for her and she has competed in multiple races including 2 half marathons. A triathalon in August 2008 is her next personal fitness goal. She also enjoys staying fit by chasing around her 2 & 1/2 year old daughter. |  | Judy Alexander-Lafrance Judy has been teaching the ‘Ride and Sculpt’ and ‘Group Cycle’ classes at AR&FC since November 2005. Before that, she was a member who enjoyed attending these classes. Judy obtained her certification through AFAA. Judy earned a B.S. in Marine Biology and a B.S. in Computer Science. She has worked full-time for Hewlett-Packard for the past 21+ years. Judy has been married for 24+ years and has an 11 year old son. She’s a Boy Scout Assistant Scoutmaster, enjoys all outdoor activities, and is a foster mom for kittens (FPCAS). “I love challenging myself and my clients to make the most of our workout. When I’ve had a good workout, it enhances my whole outlook on life. I’m more productive at work and more relaxed at home. I encourage the same for my students.” |  | Samara VanDerLindenSamara rejoined the AR-FC staff in May 2009. She has been teaching yoga for 13 years and loves to be able to share her love for this great path of life with others. In her class you will find that you are challenged both physically and mentally to your highest potential. She was blessed to be born into a family of yogis. Her father and mother both teach yoga and taught her to live with the yogic teachings from birth. She has traveled the world learning the yogic traditions in "Siddha Yoga Ashrams" and lived in one of them for a year to fully immerse herself in the teachings of yoga. She is certified through "Yogafit" as well as "Instituto de Salud Integral" of Sonora, Mexico. "With yoga flow we are challenging our bodies and minds, creating the unity between body, mind, and spirit. Come join us in the journey of discovering the hidden treasures that are within you." Together with my husband and three children we live each day to the fullest, enjoying the gifts that the present moment brings. |
