Our Group Fitness program exists to offer exciting and educational fitness programs where all members are free to achieve their desired level of fitness in a safe and motivating environment. All Instructors are nationally certified in each format they teach, and some are also part of our highly capable Personal Training team. With highly trained instructors leading more than 40 classes each week, we're always working to bring you the latest and best workouts in an unequaled setting. Classes are held in our twelve hundred square foot Group Fitness studio which features a shock absorbing suspended floor and fully mirrored walls in a spacious, open room. Each space has been carefully designed to help you get the most enjoyment and result out of your classes.  I Lost It At The Club! I Lost It At The Club is an annual program where members compete to see who has lost the most weight during the duration of the program...which runs January-March. There are various divisions including age & gender. This program is FREE to all members and includes an initial assessment to take beginning measurements, and a closing assessment to take ending measurements. What is your goal? Let us help you! There is also a group training option which includes the two assessments, two nutrition seminars, and weekly sessions with a personal trainer in a group setting. Prices are affordable because of the small group format, and you get to decide how many classes per week you participate in...take as few as one or as many as four...it's up to you!
