Whether it be playing ping pong, racquetball, tennis, basketball, or a walk around the neighborhood, Bryan has found his own ways to incorporate fitness into his life. “I almost forget I’m benefiting physically when I’m at the park playing catch with my nine year old sister- but that is what being healthy is all about- finding something you love-because ultimately that is something you will have the desire to do for the rest of your life.”

Bryan’s passion for health and fitness has led him to pursue a career focused on helping others find that same passion in themselves. “I will give you the tools and motivation to reach your health and fitness goals that you can use for the rest of your life.”
