Gary Baron

Gary Baron has been in sports and health for nearly his whole life. In high school Gary played football and wrestled. For nearly ten years now, Gary has also been involved in both coaching and training in the sport of boxing. He had a health nut sister growing up and she opened Gary’s eyes to some of the many benefits of good health.

Since Gary’s initial taste of good health, he pursued his interest and furthered his education in college. While attending college full time, Gary was also working a full time and a part time job as well.  He has since earned two Associates Degrees and is currently working on his Bachelors Degree.

Through seeing the benefits of good health, Gary is thrilled to be a part of the Auburn Racquet and Fitness Club.  Gary loves working with people in hopes of helping people reach their full potential and live at their most optimal performance both inside and outside of the gym.

The best way to get to better health is to start today. The payoff in the end is far more gratifying and rewarding than one might think. I am willing to go the extra mile so you can too.
