pool.gif (79048 bytes)Two year-round heated pools facilitate Auburn Racquet and Fitness Club's swim program. Our new, beautiful 25 yard championship racing pool provides six swimming lanes so there is always a lane available for adult workouts.

We offer exercise classes, lap swimming, lessons, and a year round junior swim team. During winter months, our smaller pool is bubble enclosed making AR&FC the only club in the area featuring a year round program. So join us and swim for the fun of it.

Swim with the Sharks

Auburn Racquet & Fitness Club summer recreational swim team program focuses on improving competitive stroke technique, physical conditioning, and overall fun. The program is open to swimmers 5 - 18 years of age.

Our season consists of daily practice, stroke technique instruction, duel meets with local clubs, league championships, and a season ending barbecue bash. Each child will have the opportunity to compete in individual and relay events.

Registration for the Sharks summer recreational swim team will take place the week of May 7th through 11th (you may register earlier if you wish). Registration forms can be obtained at the Front Desk, Activity Center and on our website below. Remember, you receive a $10 early registration discount if you register before May 12th!

Stroke and Turn Clinics

Every Spring and Fall, Auburn Racquet & Fitness Club conducts stroke and turn clinics where swimmers age 5-18 can hone their swimming skills. Clinics are one to two months in length and are open to both members and non-members. During the month preceding these clinics, brochures can be found in the Activity Center.
