CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
- Aerobic Dance: Choreographed hi/lo aerobic moves suitable for
all levels of fitness. Upbeat, fun music with weight training and floor
exercises included.
- Step Aerobics: Single step class incorporating easy to follow
choreography for a high intensity workout.
- Water Aerobics:
A one-hour class involving all muscle
groups using upper and lower body. Low impact and great for
beginners, but also challenging enough for the more advanced participant
using water resistance at each person’s level of fitness.
- Group Cycle:
Intensive cardiovascular workout, executed on Schwinn and Reebok
stationary bikes. Excellent cardiovascular conditioning as well as lower
body toning.

Cycle/weights/abs or ride and sculpt: Full body workout using
Schwinn and Reebok cycles for lower body, weights for upper body and ab exercises.
- Cycle it/Pump it: Cycling and weight training intervals 8-10
minutes each. Great combination of cardiovascular and strength training.
- Cycle/Box: Cycling and kick boxing combined in 8-10 minute
intervals. Cardiovascular plus full body movements make for an excellent
workout and keep the heart rate up.
- Yoga
to Beginner Yoga: 1-1/2 hour class focused on basic yoga poses and
techniques along with meditation.
- Yoga:
1-½ hour intermediate to advanced class using basic Hatha yoga
movements and including more advanced poses and positions along with
meditation.
- Walk-a-mile: A low-impact aerobic class combining walking
floor movements kept to a certain pace set to fun music and light
weights for upper body.
- Full Body Workout: A one hour class using weights,
tension bands or balls incorporating all the major muscle groups. Cool
down includes abdominals and stretching.

Pscyco: 20 minutes each of Pump (weights), step, cycling, and core
not necessarily in that order. This is a one hour.
- Mat Pilates: Exercises performed to strengthen the core. Both
isometric and concentric muscular contractions implemented for balance
and strength.
- TKO: Kickboxing moves to high energy music. Intensive
cardiovascular workout.
- Abs and Back: A ½ hour class with music designed to strengthen
abdominal, oblique and back muscles.

Quad Step: A step class using movement with four steps.

Tai
Chi: Standing sequence of movements based on martial arts form.
Great exercise in strength, balance, focus and stress relief. All ages
and levels of fitness are welcome.
